Throughout my membership in DECA, I have been introduced to several amazing members that inspire me to venture to new heights and make every day count. The relationships that I have with other members are supportive and motivational and I believe that everyone deserves relationships like these. As your president, I will instill the knowledge that growth is available through unity, that we are all here because of each other and that we are all in this together. I will execute efficient communication so that your ideas are incorporated into our decisions as a state officer team. I believe that leaders are here for the members' benefit and that the goals we set out to achieve should be based on the things that you want. How cool would it be if every single chapter had members that supported each other and had strong bonds, if every area had chapters that supported each other and had strong bonds and if Washington DECA had areas that supported each other completely? I will send a monthly newsletter with activities for chapter and chapter officer bonding, as well as highlights of accomplishments within each area and within our state.
